Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we may collect when you use this website, how we use it, and your rights.
Contact Form Security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to distinguish genuine visitors from automated spam and abuse. When the contact form loads, Cloudflare may process limited technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, browser user-agent, the Turnstile site key and the website origin. Cloudflare does not receive the name, email address, subject or message that you enter into the contact form through Turnstile.
We use Turnstile because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in protecting the website and keeping the contact service available. Cloudflare acts as our processor when it supplies this protection and may also process the limited signals as a controller to improve its bot-detection service. Information may be processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States, subject to Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum and applicable UK international-transfer safeguards. For further details, see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Information We May Collect
If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we may collect:
- your name;
- your email address; and
- the contents of your message.
When you use this website, our website systems may also collect limited technical information such as:
- IP address;
- browser and device information;
- pages visited; and
- basic website security and error logs.
Website Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to produce aggregate statistics about visits, page views, popular pages, referring websites, broad country, device type, browser, operating system and page performance. We use this information only to understand and improve sinceawin.com.
The Cloudflare beacon does not set or read cookies, local storage or other browser storage, does not fingerprint visitors and does not create a persistent visitor identifier. It creates a temporary identifier for each page load and processes the page path without its query string, referrer information, device information and performance timings. The request necessarily reaches Cloudflare from your IP address, but Cloudflare states that it discards the source IP address at the nearest Cloudflare data centre and does not store it in its Web Analytics databases or logs. We receive aggregate reports rather than IP addresses or individual visitor profiles.
We rely on our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the website for any personal-data processing involved in these limited statistics. For the associated browser technology, we rely on the statistical-purposes exception in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. You may object at any time, free of charge, by opening Cookie preferences and switching off Privacy-friendly site statistics. The beacon will then be omitted from later page loads.
Cloudflare, Inc. acts as our analytics service provider and may process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States and through its global network. We use Cloudflare subject to its Data Processing Addendum and applicable UK international-transfer safeguards. Cloudflare states that unsampled beacon data is retained for seven days and is then aggregated to a sampled dataset; analytics reports are available to us for the previous six months.
Google Analytics is separate. It is used only after you choose to allow Google Analytics cookies through the preferences tool. Declining Google Analytics does not switch off Cloudflare statistics, and allowing Google Analytics does not create an additional Cloudflare beacon.
